What to include
A few details up front save a round trip and get you an answer faster:
- Which platform you are on — iOS, Android, or web
- The app version, if you have it — usually under Settings
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- The account email you signed up with, for anything account-related
Account and data requests
To request a copy of your data or delete your account, email support@pitchstack.gg from the address on the account. We will confirm before anything is deleted.
